As a Client Services Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Sanvi Group. You will be responsible for identifying new and existing business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall biz strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and markets to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Solution Presentation: Present our products/services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing their specific requirements.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department and other internal stakeholders to align strategies and maximize business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Media Management: Manage the organization and storage of all digital media assets, including video, audio, images, and graphics. Also, Develop and maintain a comprehensive media library/database for easy retrieval and distribution of assets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Complete Google suite
